"A washed-up artist's best and the only friend is the bartender. Ethan Hawke plays the grandeur kind of the former and Bobby Cannavale, the latter. Hawke oes an one-eighty from a smooth charming Before-After handsome romantic in this Linklater movie which got unfairly overshadowed in a year in which biopics reigned supreme.
