Devil's Knot

🎯 Verdict

"For a 2013 movie based on a notorious case 20 years ago, Devil's Knot plays awfully fast and loose with the facts. It looks so fake, almost a parody version of the gruesome event. The performances were all over the place and the whole approach was very heavy handed, like something out of a B movie. Except for the locations, those closely resembled the crime scenes and the surrounding areas straight out of the 1995 documentary."
