🎯 Verdict

"Relinquishes the aleatory nature of an already overstuffed trope repeatedly filled with the most worn-out modern sci-fi device and leans too much into the fortuitous nature of the theme while a series of tall orders of suspension of disbelief racks up. What is laudatory though is the commitment with such a measly budget. Otherwise Redux Redux has a pretty bare-bones plot in this stretched-out genre with The Last of Us style family of choice relationship and Dark Matter style universe hopping but with a more primal motivation tinged with hints of Myth of Sisyphus and Eternal Recurrence."
